The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration employs hundreds of personnel located across the United States. As they all must be continuously trained and certified in different skills in order to perform, NOAA was tasked with flying each employee to a central location for in-person training events. This became a large expense for the U.S. Department of Commerce, as well as a hassle for employees that were mandated to travel, sometimes across the country, to participate. NOAA was in need of an all-in-one solution that allowed them to connect to their employees on a personal level from remote locations and accurately award certifications of completion.

HP was in need of a way to reach the large audience of Walmart shoppers as a complement to their in-store promotions. With any important purchase, shoppers need personalized answers to questions about certain products before buying. Deploying HP personnel to each Walmart store requires a lots of coordination and training, and is often cost-prohibitive. HP needed a better way to reach shoppers.

In order to reach its students located across the globe, Yale Summer Session was in need of an easy, effective way to connect them without losing the personal connection and accountability that comes naturally with a physical classroom. Real-time interaction and collaboration were necessary in order to provide the same quality of instruction online.
Avon, the iconic beauty company, employs thousands of independent sales representatives around the world. It was a costly, cumbersome endeavor to gather them all at one central location for sales training and product releases. Expenses added up quickly and attendance by trainees was low due to the inconvenience of travel. Avon was in need of a simple solution to reach its trainees with the same impact and effectiveness of an in-person event.
